Bachelor of Fine and Applied Arts in Theatre (Acting Coach)

The curriculum of Bachelor of Fine and Applied Arts in Theatre (Acting Coach) puts emphasis on developing well-rounded artists in Theater equipped with the knowledge and proficiency that will prepare and enable them to step into Theater as quality personnel who are able to run and manage their own careers by

   • Developing their knowledge, proficiency, and acting skills in their chosen field by means of Building Character in a variety of acting formats, namely: movies, television dramas, music videos, commercials, event programs, stage plays, online film showcases, musical plays, etc.

   • Reinforcing their ability to dance, sing, and choreograph, in order to progress in the line of artists of musicals, which are gaining popularity at present.

   • Gaining improvement under the supervision of an Acting Coach and an Acting Teacher, making Theater the branch of learning that offers the largest number of subjects covering the widest range of wisdom in Theater in the country. It is also the first branch of Theater in Thailand where the teaching of Theater performance and skills are reinforced in response to the needs of this career path on an international level.

   • Developing other skills that are essential in establishing and managing one’s own career as an artist, namely: learning the Theater business on both local and international levels, learning the principles of Theater management and direction, establishing a support system for performing artists, holding entertainment seminars, knowing the laws covering the entertainment industry, sound editing, moving pictures, series episodes, public relations, scriptwriting, directing, hosting, developing and creating a unique image of the artist.

   • Enabling learners to prepare themselves to face the challenges of the ASEAN Economic Society by studying subjects related to the international economy; learning English; studying a second language of their choice such as Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Malaysian, Burmese, Indonesian; and securing an apprenticeship in the entertainment field in the last school year of study before completing their education.

  • The 4-year Bachelor degree curriculum totals 138 credits divided into:
  • General subjects 37 credits, Major subjects 95 credits,
